§ 66-5-15-1

Every licensee shall, as a condition of holding a driver's license, agree to notify the director of any change in his physical or mental condition that would impair the licensee's ability to operate a vehicle. History: 1978 Comp., § 66-5-15.1, enacted by Laws 1989, ch. 318, § 16.
