A. A standard driver's license or identification card shall be accepted by every state and local public agency and every public accommodation for all of the purposes for which such public agency or public accommodation would accept a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or identification card.B. It is unlawful for a public accommodation to refuse to accept a standard driver's license or identification card for any purpose for which it would accept a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or identification card. A person harmed by a violation of this subsection may maintain an action for damages or appropriate injunctive or declaratory relief to redress the violation in a district court of the judicial district in which the violation occurred or in which the plaintiff or defendant resides or the defendant may be found.C. As used in this section, 'public accommodation' means any establishment that provides or offers its services, facilities, accommodations or goods to the public, but does not mean a bona fide private club or other place or establishment that is by its nature and use distinctly private.
