Section 66-5-24 - Authority of division to cancel license

The division is authorized to cancel any instruction permit, driver's license or provisional license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance of the license or that the licensee failed to give the required or correct information in his application or committed any fraud in making the application.
