The commercial driver's license shall be marked 'commercial driver's license' or 'CDL'. The commercial learner's permit shall be marked 'commercial learner's permit' or 'CLP', and shall state: 'This permit is invalid unless accompanied by a New Mexico driver's license.'. The 2004 amendment, effective March 4, 2004, amended Subsection A to change 'name and residential address of the person' to 'the person's name and current New Mexico physical or mailing address' and amended Subsection B to change 'color picture' to 'full face or front-view color photograph'. The 1992 amendment, effective April 1, 1992, deleted 'and hair' following 'eye' in Subsection C and made minor stylistic changes in Subsection F. The 1991 amendment, effective June 14, 1991, added 'the person's' at the beginning of Subsection D; deleted former Subsection E, which read 'the person's social security number and any number or identifier deemed appropriate by the division';
