ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1988, ch. 73, § 56 repealed 66-6-27 to 66-6-29 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1978, ch. 35, §§ 362 to 364, relating to excise tax on issuance of certificates of title, use fees for vehicles weighing in excess of 26,000 pounds, and bond requirements for operators required to pay such use fees, effective July 1, 1988.
