A. The driver of a motor vehicle traveling through defiles or canyons or on mountain highways shall hold the motor vehicle under control and as near the right-hand edge of the highway as reasonably possible. B. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a penalty assessment misdemeanor.
