Section 66-7-405 - Minimum vehicle size

A. It is unlawful to operate on the highways of this state any motor vehicle: (1) with a wheelbase, between two axles, of less than three feet four inches; (2) with a motor displacement of less than forty-five cubic centimeters; or (3) any motorcycle with less than a twenty-five inch seat height measured from the ground to the lowest point on the top of the seat cushion, without a rider. B. For the purpose of this section, wheelbase shall be measured upon a straight line from center to center of the vehicle axles.
