A. The board of regents of the New Mexico institute of mining and technology shall prepare an annual report showing the progress and condition of the bureau of geology and mineral resources, together with such other information as it deems necessary or useful or as the board may require. B. The board of regents of the New Mexico institute of mining and technology shall provide the secretary of energy, minerals and natural resources with a copy of the annual report.
