Except as provided in Subsection B of Section 8 [69-25B-8 NMSA 1978] of the Abandoned Mine Reclamation Act, any party aggrieved by a decision of the director may file a petition for review of the director's decision with the district court of Santa Fe county within thirty days of the date of the decision appealed from. Appeals from the decision of the district court may be taken in the same manner as is provided by law for appeals in civil cases. History: Laws 1980, ch. 87, § 11.
