Section 69-5-9 - Inspections; right of entry; operator's representative

The state mine inspector is given authority at all reasonable times to: A. enter and inspect any mine in the state in such manner as not to impede or obstruct the workings of the mine; and B. require that the mine owner, operator or manager at all times furnish means necessary for such entry, inspection, examination and inquiry.'
