There is created the 'oil and gas reclamation fund'. In addition to other sources, money in the fund may consist of donations. All funds in the oil and gas reclamation fund are appropriated to the energy, minerals and natural resources department for use by the oil conservation division in carrying out the provisions of the Oil and Gas Act. The 1987 amendment, effective July 1, 1987, substituted 'energy, minerals and natural resources' for 'energy and minerals' and made a minor language change.
