Section 70-4-10 - Definition of words "person" and "subcontractor"

The word 'person' as used in this act [70-4-1 to 70-4-15 NMSA 1978] shall include one or more individuals and corporations and copartnerships. The word 'subcontractor' as used in this act shall include every person entitled to the benefits thereof other than an original contractor.
