ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1981, ch. 379, § 22, repealed 71-4-1 through 71-4-8 NMSA 1978, relating to energy research and development. Laws 1981, ch. 379, § 23, provided that the effective date of Laws 1981, ch. 379, § 22, was the first day after the date that the secretary of energy and minerals has certified to the governor in writing that a transition plan has been fully implemented pursuant to Subsection B of Section 13 of the Energy Research and Development Institute Act.
