Section 72-16-82 - Method of issuance

Any bonds issued for refunding purposes may either be delivered in exchange for the outstanding bonds authorized to be refunded or may be sold as provided in this act [Chapter 72, Article 16 NMSA 1978] for the sale of other bonds. History: 1953 Comp., § 75-36-82, enacted by Laws 1963, ch. 311, § 82.
