The authority damaged by any such act may also bring a civil action for damages sustained by any such act, and in such proceeding the prevailing party shall also be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of court. History: 1953 Comp., § 75-38-102, enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 156, § 102.
