The secretary of the authority may cause the seal of the district to be printed, engraved, stamped or otherwise placed in facsimile on any security. The facsimile seal has the same legal effect as the impression of the seal. History: 1953 Comp., § 75-38-66, enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 156, § 66.
