Section 72-18-31 - Dissolution; election notice

If an election is ordered by the court, the court shall publish a notice of the election. The notice shall include the plan for dissolution or a summary. If the notice includes a summary of the plan for dissolution, provisions shall be made for public inspection of the complete dissolution plan. The notice shall set an election date which shall not be less than twenty nor more than forty days after the first publication of the election notice. History: Laws 1981, ch. 377, § 31.
