Any bonds issued for refunding purposes may either be delivered in exchange for the outstanding bonds authorized to be refunded or may be sold as provided in the Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Act for the sale of other bonds. History: Laws 1990, ch. 14, § 82.
