Section 73-1-10 - [Filing of objections; hearing as advanced cause

Any owner of real property, or any public corporation in said proposed district, not having individually signed a petition for the organization and incorporation of said district may, on or before the date set for the cause to be heard, file objections to the organization and incorporation of such district.
