Section 73-14-8 - Protesting petitions and hearing on petitions

Any owner of real property or any public corporation in said proposed district not having individually signed a petition for the organization and incorporation of said district may, on or before the date set for the cause to be heard, file objections to the organization and incorporation of such district.
