Section 74-10-20 - Filling vacancies on board

Any vacancy on the board shall be filled by appointment by the remaining members of the board, the appointee to act until the next biennial election when the vacancy shall be filled by election. Any vacancy on the appointed board shall be filled in the same manner as original appointments, the appointee to act until the next election. History: Laws 1993, ch. 319, § 20.
