All medical, dental and veterinary x-ray equipment is exempt from fees imposed pursuant to the Radiation Protection Act. History: Laws 2000, ch. 86, § 5. ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2000, ch. 86 contains no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, is effective on May 17, 2000, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
