Section 75-10-1 - Short title

This act [75-10-1 to 75-10-9 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the 'Natural Heritage Conservation Act'. History: Laws 2010, ch. 83, § 1. IV, § 23, was effective May 19, 2010, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
