Section 75-4-1 - Office of state climatologist created; state climatologist

The 'office of state climatologist' is created within the New Mexico department of agriculture. The administrative and executive head of the office of state climatologist shall be known as the 'state climatologist'. The board of regents of New Mexico state university shall appoint and fix the salary of the state climatologist. History: Laws 1979, ch. 192, § 1.
