Section 76-15-19 - Penalties

Any person violating any provision of the Produce Marketing Act or any rule or regulation promulgated by the board is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or imprisoned for not more than ninety days, or both.
