Section 76-21-20 - Referendum on continuance of commission

After three years from the date any commission is created, a referendum may be held at the petition of twenty-five or more producers of the commodity or at the request of the commission upon the question of the discontinuance of the commission. Any costs of such referendum are to be borne by the commission. History: Laws 1983, ch. 231, § 20.
