A. Any person issued a license or permit under the provisions of the Pesticide Control Act shall keep such records as required by regulation of the board. B. Commercial pesticide applicators licensed under the provisions of the Pesticide Control Act shall keep such records as prescribed by regulation of the board. C. The department shall have access to the records at any reasonable time to copy or make copies of the records for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Pesticide Control Act.
