A. The board is authorized to cooperate with any agency of the federal government in such operations and measures as they deem necessary to suppress, control, eradicate, prevent or retard the spread of any plant pest. The board is authorized to expend state funds on federal lands. B. The board is authorized to cooperate with agencies of adjacent states in such operations and measures as they deem necessary to locate, suppress, control, eradicate, prevent or retard the spread of any pest.
