§ 77-1a-1

This act [77-1A-1 to 77-1A-6 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the 'Dangerous Dog Act'. History: Laws 2005, ch. 61, § 1. ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2005, ch. 61 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2005, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
