Section 77-2-5 - Report of board

It shall be the duty of the board during the first week in December of each year to transmit to the governor a report of its activities for the previous calendar year. This report shall contain a detailed account of all of the receipts and expenditures of money by the board, together with other facts relating to the livestock industry in New Mexico which may be of public interest.
