ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 9-10-1 to 9-10-9 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 254, §§ 1, 5-9, and 110 and Laws 1985, ch. 143, § 1 and amended by Laws 1982, ch. 10, §§ 1, 2, relating to the natural resources department, effective July 1, 1987.
