Section 9-14-1 - Short title

Sections 1 through 7 [9-6-5.1, 9-14-1 to 9-14-3 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the 'Executive Planning Act'. History: Laws 1983, ch. 296, § 1. Compiler's notes. — Sections 5 and 6 of the Executive Planning Act (Laws 1983, ch. 296, §§ 5 and 6) contained a repealing clause, which repealed 15-6-1 to 15-6-3 NMSA 1978, and a saving clause related to that repeal.
