The office of military base planning and support and the military base planning commission are terminated on July 1, 2027 pursuant to the provisions of the Sunset Act [12-9-11 to 12-9-21 NMSA 1978]. The office and the commission shall continue to operate according to the provisions of Sections 9-15-48 through 9-15-51.1 NMSA 1978 until July 1, 2028.
