Section 9-17-1 - Short title

Chapter 9, Article 17 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the 'General Services Department Act'. History: Laws 1983, ch. 301, § 1; 2009, ch. 70, § 1. ANNOTATIONSThe 2009 amendment, effective June 19, 2009, changed the reference of the act to the Chapter and Article of the NMSA 1978.
