Section 9-28-3 - Definitions

As used in the Homeland Security and Emergency Management Department Act: A. 'department' means the homeland security and emergency management department; and B. 'secretary' means the secretary of homeland security and emergency management. History: Laws 2007, ch. 291, § 3; 2009, ch. 250, § 3.
