§ 9-4a-23

The 'cultural affairs facilities infrastructure fund' is created in the state treasury. The cultural affairs department shall administer the fund, and money in the fund is appropriated to that department to pay the costs of planning, engineering, designing, constructing, renovating, repairing, equipping and furnishing department facilities and exhibits. Money in the fund shall consist of appropriations, distributions, gifts, grants, donations, income from investment of the fund and money otherwise accruing to the fund. Disbursements from the fund shall be made upon warrants drawn by the secretary of finance and administration pursuant to vouchers signed by the secretary of cultural affairs.
