ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed former 9-5-1 to 9-5-8 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 255, §§ 1-7 and 10 and as amended by Laws 1979, ch. 68, § 1 and Laws 1985, ch. 123, §§ 1, 2, relating to the energy and minerals department, effective July 1, 1987.
