If the court, after taking testimony shall determine the facts specified by section twelve hundred fifteen of this article, it shall make and enter findings and a final order as set forth in section twelve hundred ten of this chapter the provisions of which, in respect to findings and orders, shall apply to orders made in escheat proceedings under this article.
