The term 'package,' wherever used in this article, shall mean a basket, box or other container the contents of which can be adequately inspected. The terms 'shipment,' or 'ship for sale,' wherever used in this article, shall mean movement to market in a railroad car, motor truck or other medium of transportation, but shall not be construed to include the process of delivery to a local warehouse, shipping station or processor.
