As used in this article unless otherwise expressly stated, or unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires: 1. 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of agriculture and markets. 2. 'Person' means any person, firm, corporation, co-partnership, association, co-operative corporation or unincorporated co-operative association.
