Each milk dealer shall, from time to time, as required by rule or order of the commissioner, make and file a verified report on forms prescribed by the commissioner of all matters on account of which a record is required to be kept, together with such other information or facts including an audited financial statement as may be pertinent and material within the scope of the purpose and intent of this chapter. Such report shall cover a period of time specified in the order.
