Upon any change of any of the executive officers, directors, partners or members of any student loan servicer required to be licensed under section seven hundred eleven of this article, the student loan servicer shall submit to the superintendent the name, address, and occupation of each new officer, director, partner or member, and provide such other information as the superintendent may require.
