There shall be created within the department an export finance awareness program. Such program shall provide in a manner prescribed by the superintendent, but not be limited to, the following: 1. information to all the various banking corporations principally engaged in doing business within the state, about the various methods used by particular corporations which provide financing for businesses engaged in the export of products or services to foreign countries; 2. information to such banking corporations about other state or federal programs designed to promote or expedite financing of exports that may be of value to them, specifically such programs that may be targeted to the small and medium-size transactions; and 3. the use of seminars, workshops, written materials disseminated by the department or any other methods the superintendent may deem necessary or proper for the provision of such information.
