As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings: 1. Lessor. The term, 'lessor' means a banking organization, foreign banking corporation or a national banking association authorized to engage in the safe deposit business. 2. Safe deposit box. The term, 'safe deposit box' means a vault, safe deposit box or other receptacle.
