All licensees shall post in a conspicuously prominent place, clearly visible to all patrons, a statement printed in plain language as provided by the superintendent informing the public that cashing a forged check is illegal and that those who knowingly cash forged checks will be prosecuted pursuant to article one hundred seventy of the penal law.
