Chapter nine hundred twenty-five of the laws of nineteen hundred twenty, entitled 'An act in relation to the civil practice in the courts of the state of New York, ' and all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, constituting the civil practice act, as heretofore in effect, are hereby repealed.
