Whenever any trustee appointed under any authority conferred by any of the provisions of articles three, four or five of this chapter, shall remove from and continue to reside out of this state for one year, it shall be lawful for the court which originally appointed such trustee, after giving notice and an opportunity to the creditors to propose proper persons, to appoint another person in the place of such trustee.
