1. A person who shall wilfully make a false statement to a board of registration, or to any member or members thereof, or the clerk of the district, for the purpose of having his name placed upon the register, as provided for in section two thousand fifteen, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n2. A person who shall wilfully make a false declaration of his right to vote at a school district meeting or election after his right to vote thereat has been challenged, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.\n3.
