Practice of clinical laboratory technology, cytotechnology and histotechnology and use of the titles 'licensed clinical laboratory technologist', 'licensed cytotechnologist' and 'licensed histotechnologist'. No person shall practice as a clinical laboratory technologist, cytotechnologist or histotechnologist, or hold himself or herself out as a clinical laboratory technologist, or a cytotechnologist, or a histotechnologist in this state unless he or she is licensed or exempt pursuant to this article.
