* § 27-2301. Definitions. For the purposes of this section: 1. 'Wireless telephone service supplier' means a person or entity which provides wireless telephone service, as defined in paragraph (b) of subdivision one of section twelve hundred twenty-five-c of the vehicle and traffic law. 2.
